BUYER: The natural or legal person purchasing services from Celix Dijital via celixdijital.com or other means of remote communication.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out — pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts — the scope, price, payment and delivery terms of web design, software development, digital marketing, social media management, SEO and similar digital services purchased by the BUYER from the SELLER through remote communication channels, together with the rights and obligations of the parties.

The scope of the purchased service, its delivery schedule and any special terms are separately set out in writing via the proposal, project contract or order confirmation.

3. Price and Payment

The service price is the amount communicated to the BUYER at the order/proposal stage and includes VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made by credit/debit card via the iyzico secure payment infrastructure, or by bank transfer/EFT.

Card details are never viewed or stored by the SELLER; the payment transaction is processed on the secure (SSL/PCI-DSS) infrastructure of iyzico, a licensed payment institution.

4. Performance and Delivery

The services are digital in nature; no physical delivery takes place. Performance occurs by publishing the project, delivering files/credentials by email, or providing the service in working order. Delivery times are specified in the proposal according to project scope.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER may withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days, provided performance of the service has not yet begun. Withdrawal notices must be sent in writing to info@celixdijital.com.

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the BUYER's approval, for work personalised to the BUYER's requirements (custom design, custom software, etc.), or for intangible goods delivered instantly in electronic form. For projects already in progress, refunds are assessed after deducting the proportion of completed work.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement fall within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence (within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade); otherwise, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Malatya, Türkiye, are competent.

By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
