Personal Data Protection (KVKK)

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Celix Dijital (Tecde Mah. Göçer Sk. Faslı Ada Evleri No: 6 D, Yeşilyurt / Malatya) acting as data controller, within the scope described below.

• Identity and contact data (name, email, phone): responding to requests, proposal and contract processes.
• Customer transaction data (order and invoice details): service performance, invoicing and legal obligations.
• Transaction security data (IP, logs, cookies): site security and obligations under Turkish Law No. 5651.

Your data is processed under Art. 5/2 of KVKK on the legal grounds of contract formation and performance, compliance with legal obligations, establishment of rights and legitimate interest; in other cases, based on your explicit consent.

Your data may be transferred to iyzico for payment processes, to our hosting providers for infrastructure services, and to competent public authorities where legally required, in accordance with Arts. 8-9 of KVKK.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if so, learn whether it is used in line with its purpose, request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, object to results arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.

You may submit requests to info@celixdijital.com or in writing to Tecde Mah. Göçer Sk. Faslı Ada Evleri No: 6 D, Yeşilyurt / Malatya. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
